Return/Exchange Policy

OC Nail Art Return/Exchange policy effective June 15, 2011: 

1. Products that are unopened, unused, and in the original packaging are eligible for return with a 15% restocking fee after written return authorization is received from OC Nail Art. Individuals are responsible for the shipping charges to OC Nail Art. If items returned are received in damaged condition, they will be refused and returned to the buyer, so package them appropriately. Refunds will be processed 30 days after items are received at OC Nail Art.  

2. Products that are opened, damaged, or used are NOT eligible for refund or exchange at any time.

3. Products that are defective must be discussed with OC Nail Art via email or phone before those products are deemed defective and eligible for exchange. 

4. Special order items, such as Pro Salon Kits and Demo Image Plates may not be refunded or exchanged.

5. There are no refunds on gift certificates. Gift certificates must be used within six months of purchase. At no time and for no reason will money be refunded on any gift certificate purchase.
