Shipping Policy

Due to an increase in shipping costs from United States Postal Service, effective January 15th 2010, the following policy will take effect:

USA:

	Free shipping on orders over $20 (after any discounts are applied)
	On orders under $20, First Class shipping charge is $2.50
	Free Priority Shipping on orders over $50 (after discounts applied).
	On orders under $50, if Priority Shipping is selected, shipping is $15.
	Express Shipping is available for $25

Canada:

	Free shipping on orders over $20 (after discounts applied)
	On orders under $20, First Class shipping charge is $5.00
	Please note that USPS does not issue tracking links on International First Class mail.
	Orders to Canada generally take 5 to 10 days, but can take longer depending on how long Customs Canada takes to clear your package.

Europe:

	Free shipping on orders over $40 (after discounts applied
	On orders under $40, First Class International shipping is $10
	Please note that USPS does not issue tracking links on International First Class mail.
	Orders to Europe generally take 7 to 14 days, but can take longer depending on how long the local Customs office takes to clear your package.

Australia/New Zealand and other countries:

	Free shipping on orders over $40 (after discounts applied
	On orders under $40, First Class International shipping is $10
	Please note that USPS does not issue tracking links on International First Class mail.
	Orders to these countries generally take 14 to 21days, but can take longer depending on how long the local Customs office takes to clear your package.

Note:

	Tracking numbers are sent via email for all USA shipments.
	Shipping confirmations are sent via email for all orders
	USPS does not issue tracking numbers for Canada, Europe, or other international shipments.
	If your order has not arrived within a week or two, you must contact your local customs office or postal carrier for information - OC Nail Art cannot track your package once it is scanned into the USPS system.
	If you would like to know the US Customs Declaration number electronically assigned to your order, just ask. This is NOT a USPS tracking number, however.
